Some couples just make you feel extra happy to be a photographer, and Carmen and Mike was that couple. Their wedding over flowed with tradition and fun. Father Michael De Renzo, presided over one of the most beautiful Catholic weddings I've witnessed in along time. He was witty, funny and compassionate, my camera followed him as he made his way to a wheel chair bound guest to give him Holy Communion. He didn't miss a beat throughout the ceremony filling it with traditional Christian teachings on love and marriage mixing it with a few jokes still exhibiting a boyish charm.
During the ceremony my camera caught the many emotions expressed by Carmen and Mike, from joy lit eyes & glowing smiles, to resembling awe struck dear in headlights; when the ceremony came to its close there was no room for wondering how they felt, my camera again caught the bursting emotion of joy written all over their faces. And that's how it continued throughout the day and into the night. Everyone enjoying themselves, the night was full of laughter, lots of dancing and funny antics from all.
