Our Furry Friends

Celia White, thought she'd do something different so she hired me for a photo shoot because she wanted nice pictures of her babies, Daisy and Lizzy, two big shepherds with hearts to match. They were so sweet and playful; Daisy, the white Shepherd, was always ready to pose but Lizzy only did when made to; mostly she just wanted to sniff... me and my camera. It was too cold out side to photograph, which is unusual for Florida weather, so we shot in Celia's beautifully decorated living room, where wagging tails could be dangerous and they were, ouch! After we vacuumed up the glass we resumed our shoot until the dogs wouldn't pose anymore. and that's when I grab Celia to show off her beautiful red hair.
I had an amazing time photographing Daisy and Lizzy. Out of all the loved creatures on Earth, I know why dogs seem to be at the top of the list.  Enjoy.

Black & White Photography: Light, Contrast, Angles

What is it about black and white photography that just tickles our senses?   I started a black and white gallery for my benefit and  it will grow and evolve as I grow in experience. Call it an experimental lab. Feel free to post your thoughts. Ciao, and enjoy.

Next time I hope to add some landscape and wild life images taken by the Indian River and Black Point Wildlife Refuge.

Shabby Chic Britney

It must be the season for maternity shoots. I have another beautiful set of images to share, this time my mother to be is, Britney Lynn.  The challenge with every shoot is bringing something different and new so to give my clients something special...so we went for a bicycle ride; now when was the last time you saw a pregnant person riding a bike? Britney not only said yes to the idea, she attack it with all the vivaciousness of youth, and Chad, the daddy, had a blast too; and  big brother, Conner, wasn't going to stay on the sidelines watching, he got into the action as well and almost stole away the whole show.  By the end of the shoot, we had traveled to two different locations with several outfit changes, but the highlight of the day came with our ending glamour session. This part of the session needs the most concentration and attention to detail so every client looks her best. Now Britney was already tired and getting hungry, but she endeavored to the end and below are the results...enjoy.

Glamour Maternity Shoot

It's not unusual for a maternity shoot to turn into a family affair, in fact it's special; but this shoot was also going to be combined with a little glamour for our, 'mother to be', Molly. She was glowing from the very beginning, I just captured her good points. The Daniel Family, enjoy!
